The sparkling gem of Legado is Dayton Valley Golf & Country Club with its 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed championship golf course which plays host to one of the longest running PGA qualifying rounds every October.  Another 9 holes of world class golf is planned allowing the true golf enthusiast to play 27 holes in one day.

The beautiful Clubhouse at Legado offers a 14,000 sq. ft. facility with a pro shop, a fine dining restaurant, the Legado Sports Bar & Grill, a spectacular patio overlooking the golf course and banquet facilities.  Food at the clubhouse is prepared by Dayton Valley’s only 5-star chef, Leo Mordhorst. 

Club Legado, a state-of-the-art sports and fitness complex is planned to break ground soon complete with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a swimming pool, cabanas, a whirlpool spa, men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, outdoor showers by the pool, a horseshoe pit and Club Legado, a specialized fitness and activity program for children.

A fly-in community, Legado is also home to Dayton Valley Airpark with its 75’ x 5,400’ paved runway adjacent to Airpark Estates featuring homes with private hangars and taxiway access to the runway. 

Future plans at Legado also include golf casitas, a motor coach resort, a casino hotel, an amphitheater, and a history trail as well as additional parks and walking and biking trails.
